Pre-Workout Beetroot Smoothie

This vegetable isn't very popular for its flavor, though, and many people struggle to find a way to include beets in their diets. This smoothie is sweet, creamy, and the perfect way to incorporate beetroots into your daily intake, even if you are not such a big fan. Moreover, it is a perfect pre-workout smoothie due to the kick of energy coming from the beetroot and banana in it.
